Jiyoung, the mastermind behind Oma Organix, worked deliberately with love and attention to breathe life into her elderberry passion. Her inspiration? It’s a nod to her role as a mom, always wanting the best in every aspect. “Oma”, she says, means mom in Korean. Oma Organix is a bridge between person and passion.

The Elderberry Kombucha, her new product, is a duo powerhouse. Each vessel encases her original 100% elderberry syrup and her home-brewed kombucha, a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetened black tea. The two ingredients alone on their own promote wellbeing, but this creation is a symphony in a bottle, where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Like fine wine, there are many savoring ways to enjoy this drink. The Elderberry Kombucha is available in a variety of flavors, including ginger spice and refreshing sorrel. Those two flavors are Joel’s favorite. He recommends both.
